There are two ways to repair. One is to completely remove the old wing walk and contact Ken at AirModsNW to have him sell you a new side to be glued down.

The other options is to paint the wing walk with this product to repair missing pieces. Choose your weapon wisely.

Hi Roscoe,

Do you have any advice on the best process and the chemicals/tools needed to remove the old painted on Wing Walk?

I could paint the peeled patches but it is dried out and lifting off in random patches and stuck like the proverbial to a blanket in other places.

Simon,

You can use a heat gun to remove the old material (drill out the rivets if used) down to the fiberglass wing root. Then apply the new material.
