Produced by American General Aircraft Corporation in Greenville, MS from 1989 to 1993.  Auction for proceeds, August 1994.

Later restarted as Tiger Aircraft in Martinsburg, VA where they produced 137 airframes.

Now the Type Certificate is held by Trueflight Aerospace in Valdosta, GA.
