Update 12-2-2016: Today’s winner in the US Postal Service are:

Update 12-1-2016: The first sets went out today. It was a fun few days figuring out packing, and then repacking the first couple of sets. Now it is all figured out and we know how to put them in the box, etc. The final cost came to $892.77 which include the packing material, tape, bubble wrap, and box. The labor is all volunteer, me . Shipping in the US via USPS is running 50 to 60 dollars with the insurance ($900) and tracking.

Update 11-14-2016: Tools shipped today, expected Wednesday 11-16-2016. Plan is to break them into sets, box as get ready for shipment. Still waiting on final amount. All I know right now is $3,650.00 for prep and plating.

All ModelsUpdate: 11-11-2016: Tools being shipped Monday, should be a week in transit, then broken out into sets and packaged for mailing. Waiting on final invoices now for pricing. Oh, and here are two pictures. Don’t forget, you also get the sizing tool and aileron bullet with each set.
This project is rapidly coming to a close. The pieces are all done and being assembled into a package ready for shipment to us. Here are just two pictures to show you what we are producing. In the picture of the elevator rigging tool, we have included one of the originals to show the contrast.
As you can see from the bottom picture, these tools look Great! I just got off the phone with the shop making these to see about a second run, I feel these will be very desired as well as needed.

I’m a new Grumman owner and therefore late to the party. I’ve been looking for a set of rigging tools to borrow/rent and was wondering if that option exists. I’m in the Seattle area if that helps and I have an AA5 Traveler.

Dan Baisley has a full set of rigging tools in the Seattle area. I would suggest contacting him about renting his set. FYI
