      I needed to make a new right gear leg brake line for my Yankee project. I created this using the bender pictured yesterday. Not to hard of a project using the bender also pictured. Just look at and measure it several times before making each bend. I used 1/4″ 0.049′ wall (thick) 5052 tubing.

      So I bought the last pair of flexible external brake lines that were on sale on this site in order to replace the old hard lines. Now, my mechanic is not sure how he is going to write the change on the logbook. His deal is that “this is not an original Grumman part, and there is no FAA PMA tag” Can someone shed some light on this please. Thank you!
