Hello all, just a couple weeks from taking my check ride and interested in taking a flight (I’ll pay the fuel) in a Grumman. Like most, I’ve done my training in 172s. I live in Charlotte NC, and thus am central to NC and SC, so if there are any Grumman pilots in the general vicinity who would be up for taking an interested pilot on a flight some weekend, please drop me a note. I’d be glad to take you for a ride. I live in Myrtle Beach and keep my plane in Conway. My brother lives in Charlotte and I go up frequently for dinner.
Who did you train with? I used to rent from Leighton Pressley out of Stanly County and EQY before I bought my Tiger. Once you ride in a Tiger you’d never consider a Cessna for sure!
