In this AD 92-06-08 it states a American General Service Bulletin ME-1A, Dated February 21,1991. I have not been able to find any information about this service bulletin on a modification of the elevator spar via a Service Kit No.12. We are working on a GA-7 and one of the spars in the RH Elevator had a wallowed out hole in one of the horn attach bolts. We ordered another spar from a GA-7 Parts Plane and the spar has been reinforced with another tube inside the original. Was wondering if anything has seen or heard of this and if anyone knows/has the service bulletin it states in the AD. Thank you.
