      I have had my plane for a while now and I am curious as to what the wing skin is made of.

      According to Figure 1 of the maintenance manual, wing skin is 0.020 2024-T3 Alclad. (20-1-0 Page 3)

      I have a few hairline cracks by the wing walk where the previous owner must have over stepped the line. How is that repaired? My annual is coming up and I want to make sure it is done correctly.

      Doubtful you have cracked the skin, just the paint over it. So it is a standard paint repair. Sand, fill, prime and paint.
