Part of the shoulder bolt AD on the Cheetah and Tigers is to inspect the cad plating on the bolt. I happened to be changing the shoulder bolts on a Traveler wing I was putting back on and I had a single AA5 Should Bolt (the owner had supplied 4 new ones for the plane), so I used my bolt to align and tighten first. I then took it out and used the customers to finish the wing install. So here is what a new one looks like after one use. Yes, the bolt head is nicked by the air ratchet
