Someone asked how to know if a no-blow was good or bad.   They are made of tight loops of SS and asbestos and when they fail when tend to unwrap and try to uncoil.  You can also see the heat distortion on the two area where it was leaking.

There was also a very nice ash plume out the bottom of the cowl.
