Do you think it will be necessary to remove the wing to fix the leak inboard of the fuel tank?

Thanks for the input on the required repairs. We are familiar with Gary. He did a major flap repair for us about a year ago. He does great work. However, we are trying to find someone closer to us to fix the leaks if we can.
