Congrats on your purchase. My buying experience was the same. I think your aircraft was in one of Ken’s videos on YouTube. It’s titled “tiger with many problems”. It’s no surprise your aircraft is in great shape Ken is sooooo good about fixing everything and is very particular with his work. I would not hesitate buying an airplane maintained by him.

It took my a total of 5 minutes for both springs and I did it by hand. No tools. Not difficult at all.

Hopefully William that will cure the problem. We did not pull the slaves off the right side. My next issue is the parking brake chain seems to be a tad short on the left master cylinder. Doh! Full left rudder and tap the brake and the parking brake engages on the left side. lol.

Roscoe is correct. I had the same problem with my right brake and after pumping it up 3 times with the same failure it ended up being the right brake master cylinder. There are 2 O-rings that are in the plunger inside the master cylinder and the inner O-ring (smallest one) was disintegrated. We rebuilt both of them since we were down there anyway. Thanks to Roscoe for all the videos and to Rags my IA out in chandler for all the expert advise and know how.
