I want to re-do the original upholstery on my 76′ Tiger.

After looking at Airtex and other “ready to install” options in the web, I’ve decided to buy the fabric (I like a single color from airtex) and have an experienced shop replace the fabric on my cushions while also adding lumbar support to all 4 seats.

Airtex sells 54″ wide rolls, does anybody know how many yards I need to order to cover the seats and side panels?

I’d add about 15% for margin.

Will appreciate any feedback on the subject.

Since you’re not getting any other responses, I’ll TRY to help. I ordered one roll from Airtex. I think they said it was a 3 yard roll. It was plenty to do the headliner with plenty extra to spare. I could probably cover two seats with the fabric remaining…….based on that: I really think you’d be just fine with three yards. Just my two cents.

Forgot to reply here… thanks Curt… 3 yards worked great with some excess… my Tiger looks awesome now!
