      I have an aa-5b tiger and it appears on videos I have seen that the ag-5b has a heftier more substantial looking yoke. Mine has a push to talk on both yokes. Assuming it is larger, is it a big deal to have the ag-5b yoke put onto the aa-5b tiger? As always thanks for any response

      Great question Ray… my yokes’ paint is barely holding on and could use a refinish or replacement…

      I presume they could be powder coated or painted with epoxy but have not seen videos or procedures to remove them.

      Will be pending for any answers or ideas as I’m adverse of going for the yoke covers available in the market.

      You probably could but it would required a special adapter as the yokes are different sizes (3/4 inch old, 1.5 new or something like that.

      Be careful with the old yokes as they are made of magnesium and like to burn, don’t ask how Ken and I know this!
