      Great value, find a nice example between 28-37K, small elevator..some say this makes it more aerodynamically efficient.

      -5A’s
      Better resale value, larger elevator, can be converted to Tiger specs.

      I’m sure there are a few more points..

      Hey Rick-
      I actually purchased my AA-5 Traveler primarily for my 15 year old sons flight training. As a CFI, I have found that the AA-5 is quite suitable. I did consider the AA-1 series but realized that the useful load after full fuel is quite limiting. Having 4 seats instead of 2, more docile stall characteristics, better useful load makes the AA-5 a superior choice in my honest opinion.
