So Im looking at a Cheetah that has a 160HP STC done by Penn Yan. Penn Yan STC #SE882NE. I thought the 160HP STC had to be the Bill Scott one. Just wondering if you are familiar with this STC. Thanks for your help,

Bill Scott has two STCs for the High Compression, one is for the engine, which may be the case for Penn Yan, and one for the airframe. You might need to get the airframe portion from Bill if his permits the Penn Yan engine.
